Phil is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional Mac expert who arrived punctually and did a superb job in transferring all my data from my old iMac to my new Mac Mini and linked this to a new 27" Dell monitor. He was very thorough and diligent in ensuring everything was running smoothly and took the trouble to delete any redundant and potentially damaging applications. Phil also very kindly took away my old iMac for secure disposal. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil to anyone who is looking for a Mac expert whom you could totally trust to do a professional job who gave excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.

A friend recommended Phil at PurpleMac to me. My iMac completely stopped working one day with a flashing question mark on the screen. Phil knew exactly what was wrong, took it away and brought it back 3 days later with a brand new hard-drive and loads more memory. He is so knowledgable, a real expert and such a friendly and helpful person. I'm so grateful he restored my 2019 mac to what feels like better version than ever. I would recommend Phil to anyone.

My 2019 iMac was running very slow, one morning it took 15 minutes just to start using an application. I tried some options myself to speed up its performance but hit a block. Faced with the choice of either purchasing a new iMac or finding a way to upgrade mine I came across Phil from PurpleMac. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, his rates are very transparent and extremely fair and the service is excellent. Within three days away for a major upgrade it’s like I’ve been given a brand-new iMac thank you Phil!

Phil at Purplemac, replaced my IMac hard drive with a SSD, doubled the memory and cleaned the fan (which was not working well). He collected the machine at 8.00 am one day and returned it at 8.00 am the following day all sorted! You could not ask for a better service. I recommend you use him for all your mac needs and he is very friendly as well.

We’ve put up with slow technology in our house for years . Phil was recommended to us . He came out very quickly and was just so thorough and meticulous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed everything in one visit! Just the most experienced , professional and really helpful person . He’ll be our go to technical expert from now on. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

A fantastic experience from initial contact right through to finishing the job off. Phil is knowledgeable and highly experienced but wears his skills and knowledge lightly, and he came across as someone who really enjoys helping people. He got immediately to the source of the problem and then solved it quickly and efficiently. Costs were very reasonable. And now my iMac works very fast and I can get on with the rest of my life.

Phil is a saviour, we had a completely failed HDD and he came, established unrepairable, replaced with a new better one, dropped back all shiny, clean and new, all with a smile. If we could give 6 stars we would. Thanks Phil yet again.

Reliable and Fast! Those two things you need when it comes to computers and Phil can certainly meet the expectations. I just tested my machine for 3 hours work on photoshop and website building and the computer is bomb! It is 100 times faster. Thanks PurpleMac, now I can work with more fun too.

1st Class service, professional operators, wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone with Apple products. Had a new hard rive fitted to my iMac which wasn't straight forward thanks to iCloud purging and Phil went over and above to deliver. Computer is better than new now.....

Amazing service, had booked an appointment really quickly and easy for our very slow Macs. Phil came to us and diagnosed the issue immediately. He took the computers same day and delivered them back and working like new the next day. He was really helpful, fast and just excellent, I think his price was very reasonable and saved us the cost of new Mac's, we also received a 3 year warranty on the work carried out so should be good for the next 3 years.

Fantastic service from PurpleMac. My 2013 MacAir was running very slow and crashing and I was reluctant to buy a new one without trying some fixes first. Phil visited me at home, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and explained what he was doing. He ran several checks and fixes and I'm very pleased my Mac is now running so much better! Thanks PurpleMac, you've saved me from having to make an expensive Apple purchase.

Fast friendly service from Phil, who responded to my emailed problem on the same day, arranged an appointment to test and diagnose the computer problem for the next afternoon on the Friday...collected, repaired, upgraded and returned the computer by Monday! I was kept informed throughout, and a receipt for removal of my computer was sent to me before it was removed from my premises in a protective bag.Very pleased with the results and speedy service. Would totally recommend this company.

Brilliant service. Phil works really hard to deliver the best outcome possible with the quickest turnaround possible and genuinely cares about his clients. Entirely professional, reliable, responsive and just a nice person to deal with. I had a disaster with my hard-drive dying and Phil made the situation a lot easier to handle - diagnosing the problem immediately and straight away working on getting it repaired and returned back to me, while reassuring me that I could take my time to decide and that my product was safe with him in the meantime. Absolutely recommend and would definitely reach out for further assistance in future if needed. Thanks again.

Brilliant Service!!! My Mac hard drive failed on back up with all my work on it, but after a lot of head scratching Phil found it. He has now fitted a new hard drive making the machine is way quicker and set up back ups to the cloud. I would recommenced Purple Mac to anyone!!!

Absolute 5 star service. After sending an email, I was contacted within 24 hours, Phil came and picked up my MacBook Bro, within that day advised the issue, I agreed to do the fixed and then returned the laptop to me. This was all done within 48 hours. amazing service. Was kept informed the whole time. Highly recommend. Have never experienced such seamless service. 👍👍

Phil is such a reliable, dedicated and friendly person who is clearly brilliant at his job. He has added years to our two slow old macs and saved us much money on not needing to replace them any time soon. Our computers feel like new now. He was very understanding of our needs and did everything he could on site and only took the computers away for a very short time when he really had to. He also sorted out some little glitches I had wanted to get to the bottom of for years. We are delighted and could not recommend Purplemac more highly.

Very impressed. My 2012 iMac has been running slow for ages and despite being fairly IT literate and trying loads to speed it up - nothing worked. Phil from Purplemac came round and did some tuning which did improve matters slightly but recommended a disk upgrade. I bit the bullet and went for a new SSD hard drive. The machine was collected and returned 2 days later (would have been next day but I wasn't around) and it is like new now. Great company - can't recommend them highly enough.

I had 3 macs going in for repair service and check up. They picked them up on a Friday and had them delivered back by the Monday. Very quick, very efficient and very well priced for the service. My macs have another 3 years more worth of life, and these ones are getting old. but Purple mac are keeping them perfectly working and up today and able to work as if they were brand new. Cant recommend this company enough.
