Faced with the choice of either purchasing a new iMac or finding a way to upgrade mine I came across Phil from PurpleMac. He collected the machine at 8.00 am one day and returned it at 8.00 am the following day all sorted! You could not ask for a better service. He took the computers same day and delivered them back and working like new the next day. He was really helpful, fast and just excellent, I think his price was very reasonable and saved us the cost of new Mac's, we also received a 3 year warranty on the work carried out so should be good for the next 3 years.

He was very understanding of our needs and did everything he could on site and only took the computers away for a very short time when he really had to. He also sorted out some little glitches I had wanted to get to the bottom of for years. We are delighted and could not recommend Purplemac more highly.

Phil from Purplemac came round and did some tuning which did improve matters slightly but recommended a disk upgrade. I bit the bullet and went for a new SSD hard drive. The machine was collected and returned 2 days later (would have been next day but I wasn't around) and it is like new now. Great company - can't recommend them highly enough.

Very quick, very efficient and very well priced for the service. My macs have another 3 years more worth of life, and these ones are getting old. but Purple mac are keeping them perfectly working and up today and able to work as if they were brand new. Cant recommend this company enough.

I had 3 macs going in for repair service and check up. They picked them up on a Friday and had them delivered back by the Monday. Very quick, very efficient and very well priced for the service. My macs have another 3 years more worth of life, and these ones are getting old. but Purple mac are keeping them perfectly working and up today and able to work as if they were brand new. Cant recommend this company enough.

We fit genuine parts and all work comes with warranty with most common components in stock, for example we have SSDs in all sizes and can turnaround upgrades in 24 hours.
If we take your Mac away for testing we will always email confirming collection as a receipt for you before we leave your premises. After running diagnostics on your Mac we will always quote for repair before any further work is carried out.
Please note that we do not repair iPhones or iPads. We also don’t support or repair Windows PCs – We stay away from the dark side! We are your local Apple Mac support specialist.
