We provide Apple Mac remote support so we can troubleshoot your Mac issues without visiting. As long as your Mac is switched on and you have an internet connection we can securely connect and share your screen. All connections are protected with TLS and 256-bit AES encryption.
All you need to do is download a small piece of Software to generate a code, when you give us this code we can securely access your Mac to share the screen, Mouse and keyboard – Obviously you can see exactly what we are doing and can end session at any time. When finished you disconnect and delete the Software from your Mac.

We charge £1 per minute for remote support – Minimum charge is £30.
We email invoice via our PayPal business account – You can then pay securely online via PayPal (Account not required, you can pay by card)
